Remnants of the Past Vintage Show

I am finally getting around to posting about the show. There is so much to share and so many photos that I am going to split this post up over the week. Friday, before the show, finally arrived. This is the time that the vendors set up their booths. This is always one of my favorite times. The vendors arrive and are excited to meet up with old friends but the best part is when they start unloading their trucks. Thank goodness my purse was still in the car.

Here is my crew is putting the finishing touches on my booth.

Sandy, from The Cottage, setting up her booth.

Sue Whitney, from JunkMarket Style, getting her booth ready. Isn't she adorable?

My friends Helen and Stephanie taking a much needed lunch break.

The setting up activity in the Barn.

After everyone is through putting the final touches on their booths, Judi Powers and myself, host a dinner for all the weary vendors. This is always such a fun time. The vendors get caught up with each other and there is lots of laughter and anticipation for the next day.

The evening before the show. All is quiet and calm...

And the day is here! Happy smiling people waiting so patiently for the bell to ring.

Here I am talking to Monica and her darling daughter, Anabel, from Country Living Magazine.

Beautiful and whimsical art from Jenny K.

More to come this week!
