Paula's Vintage Finds

I met Paula about 15 years ago when I owned a store.  I always loved buying from her as she always had unique found objects.  Over the years, Paula has supported Remnants of the Past as a customer and now as a vendor for the past three years.  Not only will you love her treasures but you will love her warm and kind personality.

Please welcome Paula of Paula's Vintage Finds!

The Barn at Hoey Ranch

I met Jim and Debbie Hoey at a Northern show a couple of years ago.  They travel the United States in search of antiques.  They specialize in primitives but what I love is how they make their booth come alive.  Both Jim and Debbie have a awesome sense of humor and kind to boot!

The Green Vase Antiquesa

I have been a fan of Connie of the The Green Vase Antiques for nearly 16 years.  Actually, my daughter, Devon, introduced me to Connie when she was working at a small dress shop in the Village of Arroyo Grande.  Whenever Devon would bring me a gift, it was always unusual and wonderful. I would say, "Honey, where are you shopping to find these amazing treasures?" "The Green Vase, Mama."  Don't you love when you start recognizing the treasure hunting gene in your children!  I was hooked and The Green Vase Antiques was always my go to shop when I had the need for treasure hunting. Connie has such eclectic taste and her store will quickly become one of your favorites, too!

Blackbird Vintage Design

I have wanted Stan and Sandee Case of Blackbird Vintage Design to participate in Remnants for years.  Timing was never right.  Well, I am happy to announce that Blackbird Vintage will be a vendor for the November show.

Primitive Industrial

I would like to introduce you to Fernanda of Primitive Industrial.  I have been following Fernanda on Instagram for a year now and I am always just in awe of their vintage pieces that they collect.  Primitive Industrial is located in San Diego.  I have never met Fernanda but have been just amazed by their merchandising and primitive antiques.  I love how they describe what they do.

"Primitive decor is a style of living.  It evokes feelings of taking you back to colonial times when decor was simple and flaws were welcomed."

I reached out to Fernanda to participate in Remnants.  I am delighted to say that they are coming to Remnants in Santa Barbara.

Please welcome Primitive Industrial!

Soulstruck~Babcock Winery

Whenever, I would visit my daughter in Santa Barbara, we would go to garage sales and estate sales.  I would run into this woman and she looked so familiar!  Where have I met her?  Finally, it hit me.  Lisa Boisset was a customer at Remnants of the Past.  We reconnected recently and are collaborating on having Babcock Wines as the featured wine poured at Remnants.  I visited their wine tasting room in Lompoc to discuss this venture and I could hardly keep my eyes from roving all over the place.  Babcock Winery is decorated with vintage and re-purpose items and has the most amazing wines.  Wheels started turning and I asked Lisa if she would consider being a vendor.  Lisa said yes!  You will love Lisa and her incredible style.

Please welcome Lisa of Soulstruck~Babcock Winery!

The Rusty Clover

I would like to introduce you to Katy of Rusty Clover and of Tumbleweed & Company.  I looked through all my photos and realized that I do not have ONE picture of Katy by herself.  Katy always is in the background or photo bombing!

Where do I start with Katy....  Over the top talented, creative, thinks outside the box, finds the coolest things, lots of fun and one of the kindest woman I know.  You never know what she will bring to a show.  Please welcome Katy!!!

Scavenger's Paradise

Many of you are not aware but I personally select every vendor that is in Remnants.  Not only do I look at their inventory but more importantly, I look how they present their booth and their personality.   This is what sets Remnants apart. I travel around looking for possible vendors but many times, I depend on my current vendors to let me know when they find someone fabulous.  This was the case with Gilliam Greyson of Scavenger's Paradise. I was given her number by another vendor that sent me a text saying, "This woman has to be in Remnants"!  I quickly called Gilliam and she was the perfect fit for Remnants.  Unusual inventory and kind as can be. Please welcome Gilliam!
