Uber Chic Home

The energy these two young men have amazes me!  They are everywhere showcasing their unique found objects and their re-purposed line of furniture.  You will not meet a more hardworking team than Christian and Dustin of Uber Chic Home. I love how they handle their business with enthusiasm and  a passion for what they do, hard work and always with a smile.

Casual Cottage Chic ~ Vinttiques

Cheryl of Casual Cottage Chic VINTTIQUES joined Remnants of the Past show about 3 years ago at the Fall Show in San Luis Obispo.  She had a tiny 10 x 10 space but did she ever make the most of that space.  Everywhere your eye fell was filled with eye candy!  Cheryl specializes in antiques and collectibles from France and England.  I am excited that Cheryl will be back with Remnants in Santa Barbara.

Please welcome Cheryl!

Grenouille French Antiques

I met Coco and Fred from Grenouille French Antiques about 15 years ago at a flea market.  They were one of the first vendors that participated in my first show over eight years ago.  They have been at Remnants ever since.  They have the best in French Farmhouse Chic decor around.  I love spending time with them!  Not only do they have such a positive attitude, have great rustic French treasures but they are a lot of fun.

Please welcome Coco!

Antiques from France

Most of Remnant's vendors, I find at select flea markets and shows.  When selecting vendors, I curate each vendors design style, inventory and their interaction with customers.  I met Terry of Antiques from France at the Alameda Flea Market.  Terry's collection of French antique items are unique, farmhouse French style and of incredible quality.  Terry and her husband, Michael, are very knowledgeable of what they purchase and always of the highest quality. They also arrange tours to France.  You will love them!

Please welcome Terry!

XOXO

French B & B and Antiquing Weekend

One of reasons I love what I do is getting to travel to fun places, meet like minded people and of course shopping for antiques.  My cute little hubby and I left early Saturday morning and drove up to Roseville to visit my friend Sandy Bryan who puts on a great little show called Mes Amis.  I have been wanting to go to her show forever and finally convinced my husband that if we went to a couple of shows that he would have my undivided attention for the weekend.  Up Hwy. 5 we went and entered the cute town of Roseville.  We wandered the main street, chatted with vendors and looked at treasures and spent a little time with Sandy who I adore.

One of my vendors Katy of The Rusty Clover being a little prankster!

After lunch,  we leisurely drove over to Petaluma to spend the night so we could attend the Petaluma Antique Fair Sunday morning.  A friend of mine has always raved about this B & B that she always stays at in Petaluma, so I booked it online.  Well!  I was in heaven from the moment we drove onto the gravel parking lot.  It is called the Metro Hotel & Cafe.  I will let the pictures tell you how I felt about this place!

We had so much fun!  Ate at wonderful restaurants, slept great and then off to the Petaluma Antique Street Faire.  Sprinkling a little in the morning but that did not stop us.

Great weekend!
